Hannah Wong

is leading Essential Knife Skills & Foundational Cooking Techniques on Wednesday, Sept 16th at 8pm EST & has been instrumental with mission brainstorming

Hannah is chef/owner of HAEMA, a street food-inspired and community-focused restaurant opening in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. Since graduating culinary school in 2012, she has worked at restaurants such as Gramercy Tavern and Battersby, while also doing stints in private events and catering. In March of 2019, Hannah and her business partner Yen Ngo opened Van Da, a modern Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village. She is also executive chef of 1:1 Foods, a company that partners with local restaurants to create meal kits and provides culinary resources for food-insecure families in Brooklyn.
