From TIME’S UP to frog design, Silo agency, and numerous museums, Tas has worked with a variety of clients including: American Express, BNY Mellon, United Technologies, Hyundai Motor Group, and Museum of the Moving Image.

Tas is a passionate mobilizer and advocate for communities of color. She regularly contributes pro-bono work to local non-profits and cultural organizations including Jhal, Laal, and Mahfuzul for 24. She is also a co-founder of BiCi, a bike education program for girls of color in Brooklyn & Queens where she gathers communities to take ownership of their bodies and neighborhoods.

Constantly engaging with broader design narratives, Tasnima is an active member of her local design communities. She co-leads dork, a design criticism platform, runs Being Bengali বাঙালি মানে, a group organizing Bengali creatives in the diaspora, and regularly speaks at and facilitates workshops and gatherings in NYC. Her work has been recognized by the Type Director’s Club, and Monotype, and she was featured in Study Breaks magazine.

Outside of design, Tas spends time walking around Brooklyn, photographing friends, listening to podcasts, and documenting hand lettered typography on old brownstones. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design with a concentration in sustainability studies.
