The details

This is a comprehensive workshop series designed to boost your business growth through effective strategies in Product, Marketing, and Sales. Over the course of four sessions, you'll delve into essential business concepts, uncover common blind spots, and explore real-world examples of successful implementation.

The workshop kicks off with pre-work, where you'll receive instructions and templates to assess your business performance. This exercise will help you pinpoint both strengths and weaknesses, establishing a baseline for future improvement.

A different subject will be tackled each week, allowing ample time for review, reflection, and identification of ideas poised for implementation in 2025. Moreover, there will be a dedicated Q&A section in every session, providing you with the opportunity to seek tailored advice for your business and exchange experiences with peers for enhanced learning.

The last session will focus on a method for filtering insights gleaned from both the business assessment and workshop sessions into a set of priorities for 2025.

You can take these tools into the future with you; they’ll serve annually as resources for continued growth and success.

Limited office hours will be available on a first come first serve basis each week for deeper questions and problem solving. Participants can use the comment section in the shared presentation files during the week to ask questions and gain clarity by communicating with Jennie virtually.

  • 2023 Business Analysis that includes revenue data and recapping against your Product, Marketing, Sales goals

  • You will be provided with google templates to perform these tasks 2 weeks prior to our first session on May 21st.
